CONDITIONS FOR WARRANTY 

1. The warranty on the machine shall be available for 180 days from the date of purchase.
2. Warranty does not cover accessories external to the equipment supplied by the dealer.
3. All disputes shall be subject to the Jurisdiction of Jalandhar Courts only.
4. The warranty of the product is limited to only manufacturing defect.
5. The warranty is void if the machine is not used in accordance with the instructions given in the instruction manual.
6. The warranty does not extend to set which has been damaged due to misuse, neglect, accident or improper installation. Damages caused by natural calamities are also not covered by this warranty.
7. The company shall not be liable for any delay in rectifying the sets, in the event of non-availability of the components & shall in no way be responsible for any losses direct or indirect, arising out of the delay on part of the purchaser.
8. The warranty does not hold good, if the sets is repaired by any person, agency and service center other than the company.
9. The warranty does not extend to accessories, if any, supplied with the set.
10. The warranty shall be confined to the first purchaser of the set only and is not transferable.
11. In case of any replacement or repair is done, it shall not extend or restart the warranty period.
12. During this period, repairs or adjustments will be made free of charge only upon presentation of the Copy of Invoice.
13. The warranty does not cover cleaning and maintenance of the equipment.
14. The warranty does not cover any loss/damage caused to the motor on account of electricity fluctuations.
15. All the expenses of transportation of machine shall be levied by the purchaser in case of claiming warranty.
